What we teach?
🌟 Capoeira
Capoeira is a Brazilian art that mixes martial arts, dance, music, and acrobatics. It’s played in a circle with singing, clapping, and traditional instruments. Kids love it because it feels like a game — full of kicks, dodges, spins, and flowing movements. It builds strength, coordination, confidence, and teamwork.
💃 Samba
Samba is Brazil’s most famous dance — full of rhythm, joy, and colourful energy. It’s danced to lively Brazilian music with lots of hip, foot, and body movement. Samba is great for improving rhythm, balance, and confidence while having fun to upbeat music.
🪘 Maculelê
Maculelê is an energetic Brazilian dance where participants use sticks or machetes (we use safe pool noodle as sticks!) to create rhythmic patterns in time with the music. It’s exciting, loud, and great for building timing, coordination, and focus — and kids love the sound and movement combination.

Game
We play capoeira, not fight!
Capoeira is a very playful activity, it has elements of martial art and can be used as a self defence but more importantly it teaches children how to look after each other and be safe!
Flexibility and Acrobatics
Let’s develop through Capoeira
Your child doesn’t need to be flexible or know acrobatics to train Capoeira. Our experience teachers will develop this in a safe and fun way!

Music
Music is a vital part of Capoeira
Capoeira cannot exist without music, singing songs and making music with instruments. Your child will learn how to play berimbau, atabaque drum and pandeiro – tambourine.
