In a world filled with screens, school runs or holiday plans, and busy schedules, it can be hard to find time for movement. But staying active doesn’t have to mean setting aside hours or spending money—it can start with just 5 minutes of joyful movement, 5 minutes Axé Break, shared with the people you love.
Whether you’re dancing in the kitchen, stretching before bed, or walking to the shop together, you’re building habits that last a lifetime.

This Week’s Move-Together Challenge:
Easy Family Moves
- Follow the Leader – Shadow Copy – One person leads 5 movements (jumps, stretches, squats)—the others copy like a shadow. Switch leaders!
- Rhythm Clap Game – Clap out a pattern, others copy it. Add foot taps or silly moves!
- Animal Walk Race – Bear crawl, crab walk, bunny hops from one end of the room to the other.
- Balancing Statues – Strike a fun pose and hold it for 10 seconds. Bonus: Do it on one leg!
- Freeze Dance – Put on your favourite song and dance till the music stops. Freeze in place!
- Bicycle journey – Go for a bicycle adventure with your family. Enjoy outdoors and have fun together.
